1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all sales of wine and oil made through the website of Tenuta Ingegna (hereinafter "Seller"), to consumers and customers (hereinafter "Customer(s)"). By placing an order, the Customer unconditionally accepts these GTC.
2. Products and Availability
The products offered are those described and viewable on the Tenuta Ingegna website. The availability of the products is understood to be while stocks last. In case of product unavailability after placing the order, the Customer will be informed and will have the opportunity to change or cancel the order.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
Product prices are as stated on the site at the time of order. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise indicated. Payment can be made through accepted methods as specified on the site.
4. Order Confirmation and Sales Receipt.
After the order is submitted, the Customer will receive an email confirmation containing the order details and reference number. Each order will be accompanied by a sales receipt included in the package.
5. Shipping Time and Method
Shipments take place within 2-5 business days after order confirmation, unless delayed due to force majeure or courier delays. Order processing times vary from 24 to 48 hours. Shipping is done as described on the site and may vary depending on the destination.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without the need to provide any explanation. However, since the products sold (wine and oil) are food in nature, it will not be possible to accept returns for products that have been opened or tampered with. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written notice to the contact details provided on the "Contact" page of the website. The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and with all labels. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the Customer.
7. Warranties and Liabilities
The Seller guarantees that the products conform to the description provided on the site. In case of defective or non-conforming products, the Customer is entitled to a replacement or refund. The Seller is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to force majeure or third-party events.
8. Complaints and Customer Service
For any kind of complaints or inquiries, the Customer can contact the customer service department through the contact details available on the "Contact" page of the website.
9. Amendments to the GTC
The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date of publication on the website.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Italian law. The court of the Customer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
